New Candidate List: Allow Sort Order to Persist when Selecting an Autobuild, Saved Search, or Followed Search

When performing an Autobuild, saved search, or followed search in the New Candidate List, your column sort order will now be remembered. Previously, sorting preferences were lost if you closed the Candidate tab or logged out while viewing these search results, but now you can pick up where you left off without having to reapply your sort.
